D2 offers a new level of comfort and performance. They are constructed from the highest grades of Nytek leather, carbon fiber and Kevlar. The shoes are handmade with 252 available size and last combinations. A size 44 road shoe weighs only 230 grams!

At D2 we take great pride in supplying our customers with great fitting, great performing, and great looking footwear. Every pair of shoes starts with a shoe last. It's the heart and soul of every great fitting pair of shoes. That's why we offer 28 sizes and 9 widths to best fit each of your feet individually. That's right, we take the time to fit your left and right feet individually! This is our standard operating procedure.

Suppose you don't fit into one of our 252 different lasts? We can make a custom lasts exactly to the dimensions of your feet.

There are 2 levels of custom shoes, "Best Fit" and "Custom". The "BEST FIT" option will accommodate most people. We take a foam impression of your foot using our 3D foot scanner. The information is then put into our FootCad computer program to determine what size and width shoe last will best fit each of your feet. If your feet are different sizes, you'll get two different sized shoes.

If you can't come in to our FIT CENTER / FACTORY / DESIGN STUDIO....... We will send you a "Fit Kit". Our "Fit Kit" is designed to give us all of the information that we need to make you a perfect fitting pair of shoes. It's very easy to use and not a mess like some of the other casting systems.

All the information is put into our computer. The computer will determine if your foot will get a perfect fit with one of the lasts from our existing library, or if you need to have a custom last built just for your foot. Our existing library consists of 28 sizes and 9 widths! The left and right feet are fit separately. So if you have 2 different sized feet, no problem. You'll get an exact fit for each foot. If one of our 252 lasts doesn't work for you, we will make a last just for your foot using our computer controlled last lathe. Either way you are guaranteed a perfect fit!

With the "CUSTOM" option we can fit ANY foot. Literally any size, shape, whatever. We take all the info and with our computer we construct a virtual last just for your foot. Then the virtual last is sent to our computer controlled last lathe to make your custom last. You can't get a better fitting shoe! Once we have made your last, you pay only the going rate for the shoe you want. The last charge is one time only.

Both "Best Fit" and "Custom" shoes are the same price. The difference is the custom last charge. All shoes come with the custom insole. It is a crucial part of the fit and lower extremity alignment. The custom shoe price includes custom colors, custom cleat placement, and custom toe box.
